Sam Burnett
Chief of Analog Systems
Sam is a nontraditional student with a background in signals intelligence and military communications systems. He has been involved with lab improvements and research support for the last three years as a member of the Electronics and Technology Group. His curriculum focus is hardware design and applications engineering.
Isaac Rex
Facilitator of Meetings & Task Delegation
Isaac Rex is an electrical engineering student emphasizing in signals and control systems. He came to Iowa State University after spending a year and a half in Colorado. Prior to that, Issac had obtained his Associate of Science degree at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC). He will be graduating with a bachelor degree in Spring 2021 and pursing a masters degree for graduation in Fall 2021.
Brady Anderson
Chief of Embedded Systems
Brady Anderson began his studies with two years of on-campus college classes during high school. After graduating high school in 2017, he came to Iowa State University to finish his college education.Currently pursuing an Electrical Engineering degree with a focus in Computer Science and embedded systems, Brady is set to graduate in December of 2020.Brady has significant experience in developing robotics and embedded applications; including 4 years of FIRST robotics, 3 years on the M:2:I MAVRIC Mars rover development team, multiple embedded systems internships, and numerous personal projects. These experiences, along with his current enrollment in CprE488, should prove to make him a valuable and competent team member.
Mitchell Hoppe
Chief of Software
Mitchell is a software engineer specializing in web development with React. He is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and his ambition after graduation is to work remotely as a web developer. In his free time, Mitchell rock climbs and plays volleyball with his roommates.
Emily LaGrant
Chief of Test
Emily is studying Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Biomedical Engineering. She is also pursuing a minor in Biomedical Engineering. In her free time, she enjoys being a mentor mentor for first-year students and an undergraduate research assistant. After graduation, Emily plans on pursuing a masters degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Max Kiley
Manager of Information & Documentation
Max Kiley is a Senior studying Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University. Growing up in the Chicago area, Max spent most of his free time taking things apart, fixing things and breaking them again. He quickly developed a passion for engineering and utilizing his skills to help other people.
